File field not visible in inline entity form (complex)

File field is not visible if feed is inside a node field with inline entity form (complex).

I basically have a content type where I can reference existing feeds or let the user create a new feed. In manage form display I set it as Inline entity form (Complex). In settings I check "Allow users to add new feed entities." and "Allow users to add existing feed entities."

Users can reference existing feeds but when it comes to add a new feed the user cannot see the file upload field.
