core\lib\Drupal\Core\Path\AliasManager.php is removed
It became a single interface without any implements since then.
I was browsing the Cache namespaces and found CacheDecorator with one class. Just the CacheDecoratorInterface interface. It is no longer used.
I think it was made useless after #3084983: Move all the code related to path aliases to a new (required) "path_alias" module → or some other work with move to all alias logic into the path_alias module.
Verify it is not used by Drupal core – in both implementation or check of instances.
Deprecate and remove dead code.
