Revamp the price list admin list using a view

I recently started using this module and realized that the current admin listing for Price Lists is going to be cumbersome once hundreds of price lists have been added.

So I've replicated the approach used for Promotions to provide a view-based listing in addition to a "Reorder" page. See Commerce issue for full description:

I didn't configure the View with aggregation since the module doesn't assume price list item Purchasable entities will necessarily be variations. But for sites that use variations, aggregation could be used to allow filtering by product name/sku (similar to the "coupon code" filter available for promotions).
