MigrateBatchExecutable must implement public progressMessage method

When running a migration via the UI and using a Batch Process, you end up on a fatal error.

Install D9.5 with PHP8 and Migrate Tools 6.0.1.
Try to launch a batch migration via the UI.

Change the protected accessor to public to be aligned with parent class.

Review patch.

Nope, sorry, my bad ; apparently I had another patch that made the method public in the parent, which was not the normal behavior.
