View and Map blocks

Hello,
I have to add a View with exposed filters and a Leaflet Map on a page,where the Map shows the Views items.When I filter the View with the help of an exposed filter,the Map also shows the filtered items.This has to be done with Vue.js.

Is this possible to do with this module?If so,how?Any help would be appreciated.
