Hi,
I was able to install tocify with this hint:
if (!file_exists(DRUPAL_ROOT . '/libraries/jquery.tocify/src/javascripts/jquery.tocify.js')) {

But I can´ t find a table of content or toc block.

Could you point out what are the next steps after installation ?
