Allow other view modes to be configured

Problem/Motivation

The full view mode is hard coded. Potentially a site might want to configure a special view mode to generate test to send to VG Wort.

Proposed resolution

Extend the schema of vgwort.settings to support storing a view mode for configured entity types.
Add a UI to the setting page to allow this to be configured.

\Drupal\vgwort\MessageGenerator::entityToNewMessage() no longer accepts view mode as an argument but it determines it from configuration.

New schema for vgwort.settings configuration.
