Fatal error on date filter

Fatal error in views with BEF, with date filter, where checkbox "Use defined date ranges for this field." is disabled.

TypeError: Cannot access offset of type string on string in Drupal\date_with_defined_ranges\DateWithCustomRanges->validateExposed() (line 228 of modules/contrib/date_with_defined_ranges/src/DateWithCustomRanges.php).

In edit view:

  1. Create filter for date field
  2. Expose filter to users
  3. Add aggregation
  4. Disable "Use defined date ranges"
  5. Save

Second issue No filtering for custom range with aggregation.

In edit view:

  1. Create filter for date field
  2. Expose filter to users
  3. Add aggregation
  4. Save

In view page (or block)

  1. Select custom range
  2. Choose such start date and end date you sure that have nodes.

Expected result:
the list of nodes.
Actual result:
No one nodes found
