Add view permissions to blocks

Hello !

It would be very helpful to have a permission system related to blocks to choose if the content can be viewed by any user or only users with specific role / permission

I don't know if it's possible, but it would be great if the author can select permissions or role(s) that can view the current "block". For example we need to create a content with multiple paragraphs, but some paragraphs are "private" and other are public. The private blocks are viewed only for authenticated users, the public blocks are viewed by anyone.

Maybe someone see an easy solution without big implementation, because I don't see how to implement that... Any suggestions are welcome.
