Add validation constraint to discount by amount/percent

Problem/Motivation

It happened already that the user added the amount value into the percentage field causing all of it to fail with negative pricing
Similar can happen if the amount is higher than order item unit price.

Proposed resolution

The objective of this issue is to add validation constraints to the corresponding field/entity in order to avoid the situation where the total price is negative.
