Media: TypeError when remote URL has become unavailable

When remote URL has become unavailable it causes TypeError on processing of that Media entity.

Manipulate the URL of an existing Media entity to a non-existing URL.
Load a page where the Media entity is rendered.

Skip processing of Media items when there is nothing to render.
