Have you thought about implementing a custom cron that checks from time to time if there are csv's available, and if there are, imports them into a given vocabulary?
I have a csv file generated by another system. I need to automate the import of these terms into a given vocabulary.
Maybe I thought about using the Rules module but it doesn't give me any option for me to automate this task.
