Issue using both UA property id and G4 id simultaneously

Problem/Motivation

Trying to understand setting up our site to use both our existing UA property id and new G4 id after upgrading to 4.0.2 module. I did add both ids to the GA configuration but the source code only appears to add a tracking script for whichever id is listed first in the settings.

Initially we had UA property listed first and then noticed there wasn't any data being tracked in my new GA4 property.

I switched the order to have G4 id listed first and now my GA account is pulling data, but its no long pulling data into my UA property.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can someone please help us that has both UA and G4 working together. We're hoping to keep tracking up on both properties until UA is officially sunset on July 1.

Steps to reproduce

1. Installed new GA 4.0.2 module.
2. Added both UA property and new G4 measurement ids to configuration settings.
3. Only seeing GA tracking script in source code for whichever property is listed first in the module settings.
