checkout progress breadcrumb as links

If you check "Display checkout progress breadcrumb as links" (see picture attachment) normally you see the checkout progress al link breadcrumbs. Like you can see in screenshot of D7 site.
But now in D9 site commerce 2.0 you don't see these links.

Has anyone a solution for this problem ?
