Purchase fails for customers without profiles on first time payment

Problem/Motivation

Several bugs found when testing the checkout flow.
When a user that did not had a previous purchase comes to the site and tries to pay, the first time payment is unsuccesfull.
If he tries to immediately pay the second time it passes.

Additionally found some coding warnings and bugs that are fixed.

Steps to reproduce

  • Come to the site as a user that did not purchase previously on the site
  • Try to checkout (you will get an payment failed message)
  • Press pay again and the purchase will be completed
