Installed config does not pass schema check

Problem/Motivation

Once you install the module, the config in ./config/install/ will be installed into one's Drupal instance and the named config does not pass schema validation. Specifically the strict property. It is defined as a boolean in schema while its value is 1.

Proposed resolution

Adapt the installed config so it passes schema validation.
