Missing parameters when querying "FormProcessorDefaults"

Problem/Motivation

When querying a "FormProcessorDefaults" with parameters to fetch a default value, the parameters are lost during the request.

Basically, on CMRFDefaultsManager->fetch() we need to add the request parameters to the handler.

I have attached a proposed solution
