Remove reference to non-existing module entity_reference

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 10 reports during test:

PHPUnit\Framework\Exception: Unavailable module: 'entity_reference'. If this module needs to be downloaded separately, annotate the test class with '@requires module entity_reference'.

There is no entity_reference. Remove it from the $modules list in ToneExtraFieldsTest.
