Properly inject services into ToneExtraFields use kernel param for tone_recursion_max

Problem/Motivation

ToneExtraFields::attach is retrieving the entity display repository using \Drupal::service('entity_display.repository') (inject it properly). Also ToneExtraFields::getExtraFieldInfo() is using Settings (better use a kernel parameter).
