Error: Too few arguments to function when sending a newsletter

Problem/Motivation

Since update to version 1.2.0-beta3 ist is no more possible to send E-Mails. Each attempt to send one or mutiple E-Mails I get the message:
"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.
ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\symfony_mailer\Mailer::__construct(), 9 passed in /var/www/vhosts/«my-provider»/httpdocs/«my site»/web/core/lib/Drupal/Component/DependencyInjection/Container.php on line 259 and exactly 10 expected in Drupal\symfony_mailer\Mailer->__construct() (line 126 of modules/contrib/symfony_mailer/src/Mailer.php)."

Steps to reproduce

  • issue a Test @ "admin/config/system/mailer/test"
  • create a new user @ admin/people/create and activate the option "Notify user of new account"
  • send a newsletter with simplenews either a a test-newsletter or a newsletter to a list of subscribers
