No longer works on local environment starting with ver 4.0.12.

Problem/Motivation

We recently upgraded from 4.0.11 to 4.0.14 and i noticed that even though the Current Environment tab shows the correct info; the toolbar colour is not set. Our server sites do still work however.

I flipped back and forth between versions and i see this breaks with 4.0.12.

    I am experiencing the same issue with the related error in the PHP logs:
    NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Trait 'Drupal\Core\Entity\BundlePermissionHandlerTrait' not found in /var/www/html/docroot/modules/contrib/environment_indicator/src/EnvironmentIndicatorPermissions.php on line 12

    Sorry, my issue with BundlePermissionHandlerTrait arises with version 4.0.11. So, not related to this issue.
