Optionally remove zero minutes and/or seconds from output

Motivation

To compact the output even further, there could be an boolean configuration setting for each compact date range format to optionally remove instances of ':00' from the final string, so that times like '7:00:00pm' or '7:00pm' become simply '7pm'.

Proposed resolution

A new checkbox field in the configuration of each compact date range format to turn this functionality on or off, defaulting to off.

I've attached a patch that works for me. If the module maintainer is happy, I can commit the changes to the module dev branch?

    Fixed in 2.1.0.

    Thanks for your contribution. This feature has now been added to the latest release, though with a slightly different patch. If you are using this patch you will need to remove it and then reconfigure the compact date format entities.
