Our site use wista video as media source. Is there anyway to generate wista video sitemap using the module?

Video sources are based on plugins. You need to create a plugin in your custom module for wistia viedo source, which extends VideoLocationPluginBase. You can check VideoFile plugin as an example in src/Plugin/video_sitemap/VideoLocation/VideoFile.php.
