Translation and original nodes have the same Published on values

Problem/Motivation

When adding a translation to published node, Published on field has a value. It should be NULL at this point.

Steps to reproduce

Create and publish a node on default language. Then start to add a translation. You can see Published on field has a value on the form. After saving both the translation and original nodes have the same Published on values.

Proposed resolution

Not to populate Published on field when on 'entity.node.content_translation_add' route.
