When disabling Split sentences it still shows enabled (Updated)

Problem/Motivation

Hello,

I installed the module in version 2.0 and this is issue seems not totally fixed : https://www.drupal.org/project/tmgmt_deepl/issues/3187273 →

I noticed that the code was not good for version 2.0.
The empty function does not work well with a string that is equal to "0" so I add a condition.

Here the code : !empty("0") equals to false

but it must be equals to true...

Proposed resolution

I added a patch for version 2.1.x-dev
