log every role change using Drupal logger as well

Problem/Motivation

There are times that we also want to have the role change logs in the main db_logger or in the syslog. But the module doesn't support logging with Drupal logger and shows the logs only in it's own view.

Steps to reproduce

Adding the necessary functionality to the module to log using Drupal logger as well.

Proposed resolution

Adding Drupal logger to role_watchdog_user_update and role_watchdog_user_insert functions in the role_watchdog.module file.
