Showing error on view page for commerce LogCommentPermissions.php user {$var} instead of ${var} on line 63

If a bug, provide steps to reproduce it from a clean install.

Download and install module.
create a view of taxonomy on the taxonomy page it showing error like this:

Deprecated: Using ${var} in strings is deprecated, use {$var} instead in D:\xampp_new\htdocs\dotstore_theme\web\modules\contrib\commerce\modules\log\src\LogCommentPermissions.php on line 63
