Site name/slogan do not appear (block january_site_branding)

I have displayed the slogan and site name and created a patch.

I have applied your patch and verified it. Patch applied successfully
Result:- The Site name/slogan appears in the january_site_branding block in the header region.
See the after-patch state in the screenshot.

can we adjust it with the current theme design? it's looks different form the current design.

The site name is hidden by default so I am sure the website header has not been planned according to Site Name or Site Slogan.
I have created a new patch. I hope it is according to your requirement.
