[beta1] Drupal 10 & PHP 8.1 compatibility

Problem/Motivation

The theme is not compatible with D10 (and maybe with PHP 8.1) yet:

  • info.yml declaration
  • Call to undefined function drupal_get_path()
  • Deprecated function: preg_match()
  • ...

Remaining tasks

Also, remove Drupal 8 compatibility. Drupal 8 has reached its end of life today, November 2, 2021
