Decide on default entity reference processing/handling

Related to https://www.drupal.org/project/custom_elements/issues/3333897 ✨ Add a generic entity reference revisions field processor Needs work .

By default, an entity reference field currently outputs a link and does not "respect" how that field is configured in it's display settings.

This patch creates a Processor for entity reference fields instead.

Having seen discussion on the issue mentioned above, I understand that the approach here is open to question and may require rerolling for 3.x.

But I wanted to "get the ball rolling" with this patch in any case.

We won't change this anymore for 2.x - so moving to 3.x

With the new dedicated CE-formatters for entity references, this would the best default. But then it's not clear which settings to default to, so sticking with "auto" is good enough. Let's rather make the UI to change it easy to use.
