Installing just Block Visibility Conditions Node (block_visibility_conditions_node) module causes 'an unexpected error' on the block configuration screen. The error goes away on installing block_visibility_conditions along with block_visibility_conditions_node.

Thank you for creating the issue. I've added dependencies on the main module in all submodules. This fix has been released in v2.1.0.
