Settings for Taxonomy vocabulary are not available when the machine for taxonomy vocabulary and node entity are same.

The attached patch fixes

• Display settings even if the machine name for entities (node, taxonomies) are same.
• Select all to remain checked on edit form if all items in field are selected.

Move the check/ uncheck all input checkbox below the checkboxes field.
