Settings for Taxonomy vocabulary are not available when the machine for taxonomy vocabulary and node entity are same.

Steps to reproduce

Create a Content type: Product
Create a Vocabulary Product
Navigate to the /admin/config/content/multiple-config page
Product entity under Node is only available and missing from Taxonomy section

The attached patch fixes

Display settings even if the machine name for entities (node, taxonomies) are same.

Select all to remain checked on edit form if all items in field are selected.
