Thanks @Shubham Rathore for your contribution. TBH, I'm asking myself what the value of this help message provides to the user. Is this just to have a hook_help being implemented or is there anything it actually delivers, which improves the module?

Hi @jurgenhaas We can provide help and additional information about our module by implementing Drupal's hook_help(). Because of the use of the .info file described above, this hook is now optional. However, it is a good idea to implement it. Please check Telling Drupal about your module →

Well, the document you're linking to is about Drupal 6 and totally irrelevant these days.
Think about what the hook_help does and when users get to see this: they will already have found the module, they already downloaded it and they already installed/enabled it. At that point, the help page should - if it even existed - explain how to use the module and what the next steps should be. There is no point in telling them about the module. That's no news, they already know that by the time.
