Remove deprecated code

Problem/Motivation

In order to have the module usable for exports without conflicts with the latest version of the HubSpot API module and the API v3 PHP SDK, we need to remove current code that does not work with the new system. We will need to put back the removed functionality written on the new system before we make a release on branch 2.x and provide an upgrade path.
