Problem/Motivation

The core_version_requirement is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce

Install module.
The error return:
The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (^9 || ^10) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/pach/pach.info.yml

Proposed resolution

Remove core: 8.x in info.yml
