Problem/Motivation

Our tests are failing, mainly because the parent class Sql now expects the migration plugin manager in its constructor (and the tests we are extending were also refactored according to this, see https://www.drupal.org/node/3277306 → ).

Proposed resolution

Update SmartSql ID map.
Update tests.
