Problem/Motivation

The colorbox-simple-load.js file implements the jquery.once plugin which is now deprecated. The Colorbox module 2.0.x stopped using core/jquery.once and started using the core/once library.

Steps to reproduce

Install the colorbox 2.0.x module and test on a page without core/jquery.once loaded

Proposed resolution

Change the implementation from core/jquery.once to core/once
