Colons from labels are removed if HTML is enabled

If 'Send e-mail as HTML' is ticked the emails do not have colons for labels.

If unticked, colons appear.

(edit under /node/1/webform/emails/)

How/why any of this are related? Ticking HTML box removes colons?
