Allow replacing file with same name

That doesn't sound like it's working correctly. You should have a checkbox on the media edit form to enable/disable the feature to replace the file as-is without changing the filename. You see that checkbox?

Thanks! I scanned my entire local codebase (Drupal 9.4 and lots of contrib modules) for the string "A file with the same name already exists" and it doesn't exist. That leads me to believe you have some other module enabled that's adding that validation logic. What do you think?
