ArgumentValidatorTest::setUp() is not compatible with ViewTestBase::setUp() since Drupal 9.4.x

Great, thanks! I just tested this on clean local 8.9.x and 9.5.x sites. Works fine. Did some git archeology and tracked it down to #3264122: Move all non migration aggregator tests to the module in preparation of removal in d10 → which is what broke this. 😢 Pretty weird scope management there. Oh well.

Anyway, giving this a less verbose title in prep for commit.
