IcalFieldsWizard->createDefaultEvent() doesn't respect Views field settings

Like I said in that ticket, since we are feeding a lot of these fields directly to the iCal object, and we need to avoid a lot of the rendering Drupal does by default (e.g. converting to HTML entities), we take a lot of liberties in the field handling here. I agree, it would be ideal to use the Views rendering, and feed those results to the iCal objects.
