Add the ability to determine content author's using any entity reference field with a VG Wort participant field

Problem/Motivation

It's a common set up to use author nodes. And have a reference on content that they author. The VG Wort module should support getting participant info from entity references to author nodes in a similar way it does for entity owners (ie. user entity reference fields).

Proposed resolution

Original I thought we could use a deriver and create plugins for an entity reference field that has a vg wort participant info field BUT that could cause problems if a content entity has a reference to entity that has such a field but is not actually an author.

Remaining tasks

Work out how to configure this. Determine if we should move the \Drupal\vgwort\Plugin\vgwort\ParticipantList\EntityOwnerField to the same system.
