2.0.0 does not contain the library

Yeah, I saw the same issue

I also stumbled accross this because my libraries-override couldnt override jquery_ui_accordion/accordion anymore, looking into source there is no libraries.yml

I ended up unsetting stuff in a hook_library_info_alter in my theme

You can switch back to 1 and use the following patch (updates the info file) .

Maybe someone can take over as maintainer and fix the 2.0 branch.
