Action to trigger entity state transition doesn't work

Hello, im not knowing how to use this action, i did a custom event that reacts on fulfill.pre_transition, and im trying to activate it with eca, not just the commerce part, and i couldnt do it yet, if someone can help me a bit with that would be good, i actually change the state of an order from fulfillment to completed, but need to trigger the button part

This is a closed issue and if you have a question or support request, please open a new issue for that. And then provide more detail on what steps you're taking so that we can try and reproduce. If custom code is involved, you may want to upload that as well together with the ECA model that you're trying to get working.
