Select all button of the views bulk operation didn't work

Well, there is also another error with the use-ajax class.
I guess it's missing some class selector for vbo because the bootstrap-table rewrites the DOM, then another script can't detect it. maybe we should load cdn js bootstrap-table before another script (don't know how to set the priority in libraries), or we can ask the bootstrap table author

Issue still exists. Updating version and priority. This bug interferes with normal admin functions, content workflows. Work around exists - hide the input field and use the vbo select all function.
