Make configurable at field formatter

Problem/Motivation

Currently, this module alters URL output for images and file URLs with no configuration options. It's either on or off. This issue seeks to make the behavior configurable at the field formatter level.

• Add third-party settings to certain field formatters (need to determine which ones)
