Disable for "uuid" field

Problem/Motivation

When adding "UUID"field to a view the default "empty" formatter gets removed by "Field Count" as the only option. It's not possible to show the uuid as is.

Steps to reproduce

Add UUID field to a view.

Proposed resolution

Exclude UUID from types.
