In order to facilitate ✨ [Season Meta] Add "Seasonal Hours / Duration" feature Fixed , a seasons widget must be added.
- on the 'Manage Form Display' page, select the widget 'Weekdays with exceptions and Seasons'.
- maintain a node with the office_hours field.

Code - widget
The season can now be activated using the extended Widget, and a field setting.
It is not ready for productive sites, yet.
Also the formatter needs to be adjusted.
