Database Update not defined and/or working

I created a new embed view. When I go to the paragraphs section of the basic page and create a new section of "views list", I don't see the new embed view I created. I just see older embed views that were created in the past.

On the Status page there is this error related to this under ENTITY/FIELD DEFINITIONS:
Paragraph
The paragraph.field_embedded_view_list field needs to be updated.

This error is vague and does not tell me what update needs to take place. I have attached the screenshot
