Offering to co-maintain PDF using mPDF

This module needs an active maintainer, there are a lot of open issues, some of which are critical like this one:

Any active maintenance of this module is frozen for 2 years already (based on the last commits), and the issue queue is pretty big.

I use this module a lot on many of my projects, I know how it works and I have the time availability and skills to work on bug fixes for this project.

In addition, I am an attendee of the Drupal Global Contribution Weekend in Lutsk, a drupal code-sprint event, where 20+ talented developers fix core and contrib issues during the weekend, once or twice per year.
I can use the force of the Lutsk community to improve this module.
